A few words about me.
I won't burden you with my entire history, but let's just say that I can move quite adeptly from left to right, and in my opinion, that is linked to (unbridled) creativity, an idea akin to a rocket without a tail….
Before my career in IT, I spent 20 years as a truck driver. However, due to complications with my back, I transitioned to IT, another passion of mine. I took some courses in IT and ended up staying around during my internship at HP.
I am now a dedicated professional currently working as a 3rd Level Support Engineer at T-Systems Belgium Road Charging. In collaboration with Satellic NV, I play an important role in maintaining and optimizing road charging systems in Belgium.
With a rich background in engineering and project management, my career has included roles such as Manager at Home, Project Coordinator at HP CDS Belgium, and Field Project Engineer. My journey began as a Field Engineer and Project Engineer at HP CDS, where I honed my technical and managerial skills.
Hailing from Genk, I have a deep passion for photography, particularly black and white wildlife photography, as well as 3D modeling, design, and printing. I frequently share my captivating experiences, stunning images, and creative 3D projects on my blog and social media platforms, inspiring others with my artistic vision and innovative designs.
Beyond my professional and creative pursuits, I am a proud father of two amazing children, Shana and Dimitri, and a loving grandfather to my wonderful grandkids, Noora and Isaac. I currently reside in Mechelen with my best friend and loving partner, Heidi. I am an active community member, engaging with friends and sharing my love for nature, photography, and 3D design.
Photography is my main passion at the moment. It comes after my second passion, 3D modeling, design, and printing. But my first passion is still anything related to IT (Networking, Server/PC management, Web design ...).
